Preschool Summer Session

June 21^st through August 13^th

We have some awesome Summer activities planned.

Each week we focus on a different theme with music, arts/crafts, stories, games, field trips and/or special events.  We also have water play day each week.

To Register:

1. Download the application, fill out completely and submit it to the preschool office with your first week of tuition as a deposit.   There is also a 75.00 activity fee to cover costs of supplies and events.
2. Once we receive your application and deposit we will set up an interview with you and your child.
3. You must provide the following documents to be accepted.  (All documentation must be turned in before the child will be allowed to start.)
1. Proof of a Health Exam within the past 12 months.
2. Current Immunization Record
3. Proof of birth (original birth certificate or passport)
4. Proof of citizenship (Social Sec. # or Visa)

Water Play Day is tentatively scheduled each Wednesday. (Tuesday for students who are enrolled in a Tuesday/Thursday Program.)

Each Water Play Day Students will need:

1.      A beach towel labeled with your child’s name

2.      A plastic bag to carry wet clothing and towel home

3.      To wear a modest bathing suit and water shoes

4.      A change of clothes to put on afterwards

5.      Optional: If you desire for your child to have sunblock you must provide it. You must fill out a permission form in order for us to apply sunblock and put your child’s first and last name on the bottle. Forms are in the preschool office.

**We go outside everyday unless there are adverse weather conditions such as extremely high heat, humidity, rain or labeled code red. (On code orange days we shorten our outside time and provide extra water.)
